WORK AT STANDARD HEIGHT, UP TO 12 FEET
One Man Labor: $70 per hour Two People Crew: $120 per hour ($70 + $50) Minimum Visit Charge: $90, includes 1.25 hours of labor 8 ft A-Frame Ladder Fee: $0 16 ft A-Frame Ladder Fee: $70.
WORK USING 21 FT A-FRAME LADDER
The minimum charge of $540 includes the cost of the ladder (transportation to and from your location via special truck or van, loading and unloading, and liability insurance), as well as two hours of labor from a two-person crew. After the initial two hours, the rate is $120 per hour for each additional hour of service.
WORK USING 40 FT SCAFFOLDING
The minimum charge of $740 includes the cost of scaffolding (transportation to and from your location via special truck or van, loading and unloading, and liability insurance), as well as two hours of labor from a two-person crew. After the initial two hours, the rate is $120 per hour for each additional hour of service.
WORK USING 44 FT SCISSOR LIFT
The minimum charge of $740 includes the cost of the scissor lift (transportation to and from your location via special truck or van, loading and unloading, and liability insurance), as well as two hours of labor from a two-person crew. After the initial two hours, the rate is $120 per hour for each additional hour of service.
NARROW SPACE FEE
For work above staircases or in narrow spaces, there's an additional one-time 'narrow space fee' of $40.
ROPE ACCESS & TREE CLIMBING SERVICES
These services are indispensable for situations where heavy machinery is impractical or impossible to use, especially for landscape projects. They are particularly valuable for installing string lights, swing sets, or landscape lighting on tall trees. Our rates are $130 per hour for one-person labor and $180 per hour for a two-person crew ($130 + $50)
